GSP is a program for “Beneficiary Developing Countries”
If an item is manufactured in a Beneficiary Developing Country, and that item is eligible for GSP, it may be entered as duty free. To be eligible for GSP, the item manufactured must have a value added cost of at least 35% from the beneficiary developing country. |
