Goods which are manufactured in the U.S., exported, and then returned to the U.S. for consumption may be eligible for the U.S. Goods Retruned program (9801).
Providing there was no duty drawback claim filed on the exported manufactured article, you can enter these goods duty free under 9801. A manufacturers affidavit may be required. |
